Every join silicone-sealed at the end of the job. Anti-mould around the bath. Tiles wiped, floor scrubbed, old kit and rubble cleared. You walk into a clean room, not a building site.
A standard family bathroom is usually 8 to 12 working days from strip-out to handover. Wet rooms and en-suites with structural changes can run 14 to 18. We give a written programme at quote stage and stick to it.
